General Disclaimer

By law in the United States, spiritual services such as readings, energy work, or intuitive guidance are considered entertainment purposes only. Any insights, advice, or guidance I share are open to your interpretation, and how you choose to act upon them is entirely your responsibility.

Purchasing a reading, session, course, or program with me means you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The information I provide is general in nature and should never replace professional legal, financial, psychological, or medical advice.

  • You are fully responsible for your choices, actions, and outcomes before, during, and after working with me.

  • I am not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences you may experience in connection with my services.

Health Disclaimer

Energy healing and spiritual work are not substitutes for medical care, therapy, or treatment from licensed healthcare providers.

  • I am not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or counselor, and I do not provide diagnoses, prescriptions, or medical treatment.

  • Always consult the appropriate licensed professional for medical, psychological, financial, or legal matters.

  • You should never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something received in a session with me.

Sessions, Programs & Refund Policy

  • All purchases are non-refundable once completed. Depending on the situation, I may offer a reschedule or credit at my discretion.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late or do not show up, the session will be charged in full.

  • Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice can usually be rescheduled. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged.

  • Readings or services must be used within 90 days of purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • If I need to cancel or reschedule due to illness or unexpected circumstances, I will notify you and offer a new time as soon as possible.

  • I am not responsible for technical issues on your end that prevent you from attending a session, though I will always try to accommodate rescheduling if possible.

Client Responsibilities

  • Please find a quiet, private place for your session to minimize distractions.

  • Respect and kindness are the foundation of my work. I treat every client with integrity and compassion, and I expect the same in return. Disrespect, rudeness, or abuse will not be tolerated and may result in ending communication.

  • Once a session ends, I cannot provide ongoing free follow-up messages, healings, or additional guidance via email or text. You are welcome to book another session if you’d like continued support.

Boundaries & Intellectual Property

  • All content I create—including courses, meditations, writings, videos, and programs—is my intellectual property. It cannot be copied, sold, shared, or distributed without my written permission.

  • Booking or purchasing my work does not give you rights to repurpose, publish, or duplicate my material. Legal action may be taken if these boundaries are violated.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Your privacy is extremely important to me. Anything you share in a session will remain confidential. I will never share your personal information with anyone.

Final Note

By working with me, you acknowledge that spiritual services are meant for personal insight and inspiration only, and that you are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.
