Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

When you schedule a reading or session with me, you agree to the following terms:

• Respect for Time
  Each session is a sacred commitment of time and energy. Please arrive on time and ensure you’re in a quiet, uninterrupted space for your reading.

• Cancellations & Rescheduling
  Cancellations or reschedule requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. You may reschedule once without penalty if proper notice is given.

• No-Shows
  If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not contacted me in advance, your session will be considered a no-show. In this case, your payment is forfeited and no refund will be issued.

• Refunds
  Because readings are custom, energetic services prepared specifically for you, all sales are final once the booking is confirmed.

• Late Arrivals
  Please be on time. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients’ appointments. I will not wait for more than fifteen minutes if you are not present for the appointment.
